how can I find it?

I have a Rice Cake and a Rice Tube Pudding in my shop called " ' ' ' ' FOOD " at Luo Yang Business (230,153), and I'm sure people are peddling them for about 1g.

Alternatives, a Rice Cake can be produced "accidentally" with the lv 1 staple recipe, and the Rice Tube Pudding the same way, though via the lv 2 staple recipe.
